By accessing or using the ARVEX website, platform, or any of its services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

ARVEX provides a growth system for healthcare clinics, including website development, AI-powered patient communication, missed-call text-back, review generation, and related marketing automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Unless otherwise stated, there is no setup fee and no long-term lock-in; you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable for partial months. We may change our pricing at any time, but any change will apply only to future billing cycles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious content through ARVEX tools.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our infrastructure or systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without written permission.

5. Patient and Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the information you transmit through ARVEX, including patient data. You must ensure you have all necessary consents and comply with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. ARVEX is not liable for the content of your communications or for your handling of patient information.

6. Intellectual Property

All ARVEX branding, software, designs, and content are the property of ARVEX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including patient volume, revenue, or search rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARVEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Text Message (SMS) Consent

Clinics using ARVEX may send appointment-related and follow-up text messages to patients who provided their phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Patients can opt out of automated text messages at any time by replying STOP.
